It's simple. If you're not satisfied, ask for a refund (within 60 days). The only thing I ask is that you delete the files. All I require is an email (to natsegal@islandnet.com) with your order information. From there, your credit card will be credited with the full purchase amount.
How does the order process work?
Ordering is handled through a secure server using 128-bit encryption. Upon ordering, you'll be taken to a secure order form. Here you'll enter information about name, email address and payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Once payment is verified, you'll be sent to a secure download page where you can download a zip/stuffit file containing the The Photoshop Companion ebook and image files. All documentation is in PDF format (perfect for both Macs and PCs) and are zipped to reduce download time and to keep all the files in one place.
How do I Download and View the Book?
To unzip the files into a folder of your choice, you need WinZipWinZip (a free download) on the PC and StuffIt on the Mac.
You also need Adobe Acrobat to read the PDF. The Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free download available from Adobe directly. Once the software is installed, click on The-Photoshop-Companion.pdf.
Opening the file is a simple process:
1. Once your payment has been processed you will be directed to a page to download your file. Right-click on the file to save it to your desktop.
2. Double-click on the file to decompress it, which will open WinZip/StuffIt, depending on your platform.
3. View the file using Adobe Acrobat. Once Acrobat is installed, simply click on The-Photoshop-Companion.pdf.
4. A dialog box will come up asking for a password, which is: H0l@mex!c0 (note that those are zeros, not O's). You can now view the file.
